- Cremations and shifting require valid death certificates and standard municipal clearances.
- Charges for services (such as hearse vans, freezer boxes, and pandits) will be communicated transparently prior to dispatch.
- Refunds or cancellations of active service dispatches are subject to the expenses incurred during the booking window.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Last Journey Antim Sanskar, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or our physical coordination services, whether such liability is under contract.
